My Responsibilities :
Concept Development
Expanded the initial idea of using defeated enemies' abilities into a unique gameplay mechanic where players can collect threads from fallen enemies to "arise" allies. These allies, once enemies, now fight alongside the player, adding strategic depth to the game.
Prototyping & Iteration:
Worked closely with the team to prototype the core mechanics, refine gameplay elements, and iterate on the design to ensure a balanced and engaging experience.
Team Leadership & Management:
Led the team in the development process, managing tasks, motivating team members, and ensuring that the project stayed on track.
This involved coordinating efforts, addressing challenges, and maintaining team morale throughout the development cycle.
Testing & Balancing:
Conducted extensive testing and balancing to fine-tune the gameplay, ensuring that the mechanics were challenging yet fair, and that the ally system added meaningful strategic choices for the player.
Creative & Technical Contribution:
Contributed to both the creative and technical aspects of the game, ensuring that the game's theme, mechanics, and narrative were cohesive and effectively implemented.
